Our Microneedling Technique
Microneedling is completed in a treatment room in around 30 – 60 minutes with numbing cream or local anesthesia if desired, but most patients report mild or no discomfort. The skin being treated will be cleaned before the Rejuvapen NXT handpiece is evenly passed over. After the microneedling is performed, a treatment, such as Growth Factors or a vitamin-infused serum, may be applied so the nutrients can penetrate deeper into the skin. A moisturizer selected for your skin type will be massaged in along with UV protection because the treated skin will be more sensitive following the procedure.
