At ZenSations Medical Spa Services, owner and licensed aesthetician Gina Lacagnina's mission is to provide the education Bonita Springs, FL individuals need on caring for their skin and overall health. Gina invites individuals of all ages to consult with her to reverse sun damage, aging, acne, scarring, and other age-related skin abnormalities. Using her extensive knowledge of skin care, she helps clients determine the underlying cause of their skin issues and creates a treatment plan to address them.
Gina's passion for skin care originated from her own struggles with acne. Due to her experience, she realizes the importance of making lifestyle changes to get to the root of skin care problems. She completed her training in permanent cosmetic tattooing in 1994 with additional education in medical aesthetics in 1995 and opened her first spa in 1997. Gina attends multiple conferences and advanced hands-on training yearly. She is trained in cosmetic injectables and fillers and has worked with some of Florida's highly skilled plastic surgeons to appreciate the surgical aesthetic beauty industry better.
At ZenSations Medical Spa Services, Gina focuses on cosmetic tattooing, advanced facial and skin rejuvenation procedures, and lifestyle and nutrition. Gina's advanced training in medical aesthetics and her training as a master permanent cosmetic tattooist allow her to augment the health and beauty of the skin and the carefree look you've always dreamed of. Gina also uses her talents to create 3D areola restoration and scar camouflaging for breast cancer survivors, burns, trauma, and surgical scarring.
Dr. Steven Coleman is a doctor of osteopathic medicine since 1986 and is board certified in internal medicine, as well as regenerative medicine through AOBIM and the AABRM. He has been practicing anti-aging and regenerative medicine since 1999 and has been treating patients with bioidentical hormones since 1987. His specialty is treating difficult hormone problems, including thyroid and menopause issues while aiding in and helping with depression and anxiety.
Dr. Coleman has been in private practice since 2001 and founded Medicalmasters.org in 2007 where he continued to study internal medicine, root cause analysis, and biochemistry along with endocrinology. Equipped with a state-of-the-art medical facility and an outstanding team, Dr. Coleman uses his knowledge and skills to facilitate better health in all the patients he interacts with. He also has additional training in the non-opioid treatment of chronic and acute pain through advanced injection techniques, including ultrasound-guided diagnostic injections and prolotherapy. Joy Bacarella is a licensed aesthetician who specializes in intensive facial treatments, HydraFacials®, chemical peels, waxing, and more. Joy has been formally trained and certified, as well as mentored by Gina Lacagnina. She continues to focus on mastering the latest techniques and technologies. With her strong customer service skills, Joy is able to target appropriate skin service products, makeup, and effective treatment plans for her patients. She is a resident of Estero and enjoys spending time with her golden retriever, Bear. She enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with her family.

A few months ago, I started my T.E.D. hair regrowth treatments with Gina and Joy. Even though I have one more treatment to do, I am more than impressed with the growth I've had so far. Being African American, most Lazer and other treatments do not work as well on thicker, dark skin.
