Owner & Licensed Aesthetician
At ZenSations Medical Spa Services, owner and licensed aesthetician Gina Lacagnina’s mission is to provide the education Fort Myers, FL individuals need on caring for their skin and overall health. Gina invites individuals of all ages to consult with her to reverse sun damage, aging, acne, scarring, and other age-related skin abnormalities. Using her extensive knowledge of skin care, she helps clients determine the underlying cause of their skin issues and creates a treatment plan to address them.
Gina’s passion for skin care originated from her own struggles with acne. Due to her experience, she realizes the importance of making lifestyle changes to get to the root of skin care problems. She completed her training in permanent cosmetic tattooing in 1994 with additional education in medical aesthetics in 1995 and opened her first spa in 1997. Gina attends multiple conferences and advanced hands-on training yearly. She is trained in cosmetic injectables and fillers and has worked with some of Florida’s highly skilled plastic surgeons to appreciate the surgical aesthetic beauty industry better.
At ZenSations Medical Spa Services, Gina focuses on cosmetic tattooing, advanced facial and skin rejuvenation procedures, and lifestyle and nutrition. Sadé is a licensed esthetician specializing in eyelash extensions with a passion for enhancing the beauty of eyes. She graduated from The Salon Professional Academy and has experience as a lash specialist since 2018. For the last few years Sadé has practiced and studied eyelash knowledge and is constantly keeping up with the latest trends in the lash world. She loves when her clients feel relaxed enough to fall asleep while getting their lashes done and wake up feeling beautiful and confident when they look in the mirror.

Dr. Teresa Spano earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine in 2012 from a U.S. Department of Education-recognized program and is licensed in Connecticut, with a Florida license in nutrition. With over a decade of clinical experience, she specializes in women’s health, gut health, autoimmune conditions, and metabolic concerns such as insulin resistance and high cholesterol.
Her path to naturopathic medicine began with her own health challenges, including Crohn’s disease and interstitial cystitis. That personal experience fuels her passion for helping others find answers and true healing, not just symptom relief.
